Front Sight

Front Sight is where Black Belts, White Belts, All Can Learn

Mr. Young, the executive editor of Black Belt magazine noted in his article on Front Sight that, "The more training you get, the less likely you are to have to use your skills because you'll possess the awareness needed to avoid trouble and you'll be confident in your physical abilities. … You will learn to swallow your pride and let the little things go by. … It's a concept every martial artist knows well.” This can apply to the very core of training itself: swallowing pride can also mean admitting that one does not know as much about a subject as is possible. Front Sight takes this fact: no one knows everything about a subject, and applies it to guns and firearms training. Front Sight is the authority on open-hand and armed self defense training. Anyone can learn more from Front Sight, and everyone is encouraged to.

Front Sight Firearms Training Institute is located thirty minutes away from Pahrump, Nevada, U.S.A., and about one hour from Las Vegas. It is America's largest shooting school, training more students every year than all other shooting schools combined. The institute itself, as mentioned in Black Belt magazine, is a 550-acre plot of land, dedicated to self defense training, armed and otherwise. Front Sight currently boasts 15 operational ranges, 400 yards of underground training tunnels, a five-story SWAT tower and a 5,400 square foot martial arts training gymnasium.

Dr. Ignatius Piazza, a Four Weapons Combat Master hires only world-class trainers, and expects only the finest from them. At Front Sight, one can always expect to be moved to the next level of expertise. Whether one is a novice, looking for basic understanding of a gun, or an expert, looking for true mastery of a firearm, Front Sight is the ideal training ground.
